Terms & Conditions for Mira

1. Introduction

Welcome to Mira, a productivity and wellness app designed to help users build better habits, set goals, and manage tasks using on-device AI capabilities.

By downloading or using Mira, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the app.

2. License

Mira grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or redistribute the app or any part of it.

  • Reverse-engineer or extract its source code.

  • Use the app in any unlawful manner or in violation of applicable regulations.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Mira is currently free to use. However, certain premium features may become available through subscriptions or in-app purchases in the future.

If such features are introduced:

  • Payment will be handled through Apple’s App Store system.

  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design within Mira are owned by the Mira Team. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

"Mira" and its associated logo or branding may not be used without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mira is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. The Mira Team is not liable for any loss of data, productivity issues, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

All user data is stored locally; users are responsible for backing up their own data as necessary.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Mira if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the app.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, specifically the jurisdiction of Bavaria.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The date of the latest revision will always be displayed above.
